The blues is alive and  kicking in Wallonia, the French-speaking part of Belgium, and credit should be given to 'Classic 21', the rock channel of national radio station RTBf. Now put together and presented by Walter de Paduwa, the Monday "Classic 21 Blues" show is was pioneered by Francis Delvaux.
